Biography

I started competing in power-lifting and bodybuilding competitions in 2014, but I have always been really into fitness and I have been health-oriented all of my life. I used to do a lot of running when I was younger but, now, I like to find balance in my fitness routine. When I am not doing Strongman and HIIT style training, I like to meditate and find a quiet moment for myself. I love to challenge myself and I always strive to better myself so that I can get my mind and body to the next level.
