Biography

There are several reasons I got in to fitness. First: to be healthy and feel good about myself; and, second: to set a good example for my children and other moms out there that you can achieve anything if you’re determined enough.

I started training taking part in Crossfit style of program, BodyPump, Body Combat, CX Worx. I would regularly take 2-3 classes one after another and would later become an Les Mills BodyPump instructor. When I returned to live in Thailand I studied health, nutrition and personal training at BTU Sports Science. This is when I become interested in competing in women’s physique. Later that year I competed in my first competition.

Any shoulders exercise.
